Build a scene
CAD import
Use your own 3D model: glTF / GLB, OBJ or STL.
Import a CAD model in the Model section of the Satellite tab.

Placement
Section titled “Placement”- The model is centred on its bounding box.
- The unit is guessed from the size (m, cm or mm) and can be changed.
- Rotations in steps of 90° about X, Y and Z bring it into the body frame: +Z toward the Earth, +Y along the arrays.
Materials
Section titled “Materials”Each part receives a material family guessed from its name (solar, panel, mli, dish, antenna, radiator…). Change it part by part in the CAD section.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Imported parts are fixed: there are no Sun-tracking arrays.
- The geometry stays in the page. It is not part of the shared link: after a reload, import the file again.
- Flat facets are extracted for the flash prediction, as for the other models.
